Shipping policy
Shipping Rates
FINLAND
- We use Posti to ship our domestic orders and charge a flat rate of 5,90€ per shipment.
- You can also collect your order for free from our office in Helsinki.
EUROPE (also including non European Union countries)
- We use our freight forwarders to offer you the most efficient delivery within Europe and charge a flat rate of 9,90€ per shipment.
REST OF THE WORLD
- We use our freight forwarders to offer you the most efficient delivery within Europe and charge a flat rate of 19,90€ per shipment.
Tracking information – We ship all over the world and provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
Processing your orders – Please note that we don't have full time logistics people working for us so it might take couple days before we get your order shipped out. We appreciate your patience.
International custom duties – Please note, international orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over if, and how much you are charged for customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Due to the customs process delivery times may take longer than usual.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at info@tarvasfootwear.com with "Return" in the subject line. If your return is accepted, you may return your order at your expense using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as Tarvas is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please mail your return items to the address below.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange rather than a return, please place a new order for the item you want before initiating the return of your original purchase. This will ensure that your desired replacement is available and on its way to you. Following your replacement purchase, please initiate the return process as described above; after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
